1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bttk1 platform at bttk1.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules that bttk1 may publish from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bttk1 with respect to your use of the Services.

bttk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the bttk1 platform regardless of location within Bangladesh, including users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other cities and districts.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use a bttk1 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bttk1 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit use by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional account registrations are not accepted.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. False or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must register only one (1) account on bttk1. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed with balances forfeited upon detection.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of bttk1, or an immediate family member of any such person.

bttk1 reserves the right to request identity and KYC documentation at any stage of the account relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension. This is a standard compliance requirement, not a punitive measure — it protects all users of the platform.

3. Accounts

Each user may hold a maximum of one (1) registered bttk1 account. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. bttk1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the user has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Account information must be kept current and accurate at all times. Users are required to notify bttk1 promptly if any registered details change, including mobile number, email address, or payment method details. The following account conduct rules apply to all users:

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. bttk1 will treat all actions taken via an account as those of the registered account holder.
• Account funds may not be transferred to another bttk1 user. Only the registered account holder may withdraw funds from the account.
• The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the bttk1 platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain will result in account suspension, reversal of affected transactions, and possible legal action.

bttk1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bttk1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• bttk1 targets processing all bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the receiving bank's operational hours.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the account holder's own verified payment method. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bttk1 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — check with your provider before initiating a withdrawal.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. Requests pending KYC documentation will be held until satisfactory documents are received.
• Any deposit made to a bttk1 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made, regardless of whether a bonus is active. This prevents payment processing abuse.

bttk1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure applied consistently to all withdrawals above threshold amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bttk1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all bttk1 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• bttk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be removed retroactively unless there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus unless explicitly included in the offer terms.
• Free spins winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to any free spins offer will be stated in the promotion terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

bttk1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. bttk1 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that users can access at any time through their account settings, without the need to contact support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bttk1 account holders:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bttk1 account. Limits take effect immediately when set; increases to a limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders — set a session duration alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified period. This helps prevent extended play sessions without breaks.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to indefinite). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

General Provisions

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bttk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. bttk1's total liability to any user in connection with the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property: All content on the bttk1 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of bttk1 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from bttk1.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
